We will only use your data, based on legitimate interest, to contact you if we need further information about a submitted sighting or to follow up a query for example regarding volunteering, school visits or land access.
If you decide that you would prefer not to be involved after all or would you like to update your details, please contact us by emailing info@onwp.org or phoning 01856 881451.
All personal information will be removed following the end of the project (December 2024), or at any point during the project should you request its removal.
Project partner, the RSPB, is the data controller for any personal data we hold about you.
